Day 1 (Saturday, 14 November)

Speech by Headmaster Sean Lynch
Announcement of theme in detail, show rubric and guidelines for competition
Official commencement of CISxIdeas Hackathon 2020!
5:00 pmGroups have time to get acquainted with each other and begin the initial ideation phase.
Student mentors and teacher volunteers will check in with groups and help them with hashing out their ideas.
6:00 pmWorkshops — 45-minute sessions start. These are led by members of our community (students, teachers, parents, alumni, local coding schools).
8:00 pmOrganizer debrief. Participants are free to continue working on their ideas.

Day 2 (Sunday, 15 November)

9:00 am45 minute workshops from COBO, Microsoft, WWF. The workshops will focus on either the technical aspect, the environmental aspect, or the design aspect, aiming to provide the participants with more ability and knowledge to tackle the given problem effectively. 
8:00 pmOrganizer debrief. Participants are free to continue working on their ideas.

Working Days (Monday-Friday, 16 – 20 November)

Work days for all participants to design and create their product.

Day 4 (Saturday, 21 November)

9:00amDay starts. Participants are free to work for the rest of the day. They can reach out to us for any help at any time.
3:00pmTech support / debug sessions while students work on their submissions  
8:00pmOrganizer debrief. Participants are free to continue working on their ideas.

Day 5 (Sunday, 22 November)

8:00amOrganizer Briefing
9:00amDay starts. Participants are free to work for the rest of the day. They can reach out to us for any help at any time.
3:00pmTech support / debug sessions while students work on their submissions  
8:00pmClosing ceremony.  All participants must submit their projects by this deadline.
